Compounding

Colony Drug & Wellness Center features a modern compounding lab where medications are customized to meet the specific needs of the patient (which includes your pets or farm animals).

With an order from your doctor, dentist, or veterinarian, we can change dosages and strengths, eliminate preservatives and make special combination drugs. We can also change flavors, colors, and dosage forms to suit your needs. We offer free medication flavoring (with prescription purchase).

Colony Drug & Wellness Center offers the knowledge, the staff, and the support to help you meet your clients needs. We are committed to having a knowledgeable and professional staff available to assist you. Our veterinary compounding staff includes Patty Johnston, RPh, FACA and Keith Foster, RPh, FACA, who have both completed extensive training with the Pharmaceutical Compounding Centers of America (PCCA). In addition, our compounding pharmacy technicians have completed training in compounding from PCCA.
